CIF-SS basketball brackets released, 16 teams will play for championships

BOYS

Division 1

• Capo Valley gets a first round bye and will face the winner of Great Oak/Rancho Christian in the second round on Friday.
• JSerra travels to Mayfair in the first round on Wednesday.

Division 2A

• Aliso Niguel hosts Trabuco Hills in the first round on Wednesday. Aliso Niguel lost to Trabuco Hills at home back on April 14 in a non-league matchup. 
• San Clemente hosts Walnut in the first round on Wednesday.
• Capo Valley Christian hosts Valley View in the first round on Wednesday. It’s a battle of the Eagles. 

Division 2AA

• Laguna Beach hosts Cypress in the first round on Wednesday.
• Santa Margarita travels to Palm Springs in the first round on Wednesday.

Division 3AA

• San Juan Hills gets a first round bye and travels to Adelanto in the second round on Friday. 

Division 4AA

• Fairmont SJC travels to Arcadia in the first round  on Wednesday.

GIRLS

Division 1

• San Clemente travels to Fairmont Prep in the first round on on Thursday.
• Aliso Niguel hosts Long Beach Millikan in the first round on Thursday. 

Division 2AA

• Tesoro travels to Corona del Mar in the first round on Thursday.
•  San Juan Hills travels to Tustin in the first round on Thursday. 

Division 3A

• El Toro travels to Edison in the first round on Thursday. 

Division 4AA

• Capo Valley hosts San Jacinto Valley in the first round on Thursday.

Division 5A

• Capo Valley Christian hosts Workman in the first round on Saturday.
